Brown will have his hands full as two-time track titlist Mark Eswein of Wisconsin Rapids, will be back after falling short of Brown's pace by a mere five points. Eswein is expected to debut a new car after a couple weeks into the season. Other top contenders will include Jeremy Lepak, who finished third in points last season but had one of the more dominating performances over the final month of the season. Other top campigners should include the Weinfurter brothers Jeff and Gregg, the smooth driving veterans Allen Check, M.G. Gajewski , and Monte Gress. Other reatively new drivers contending for front running sports include Frank Nitzke, Judd Brandl, and young charger Brandon Selle.
